1. Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is made between eZ Leads Pro and the Client. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Package Selection
We offer two primary service packages:
Full Campaign
- $3,000 CAD one-time setup fee
- $500 CAD/month retainer
- 2,000 fresh verified leads per month
- Maintenance, optimization, monthly reporting
- Limited email campaign support
- Additional email campaigns: $300 CAD each
- SMS, social media, SEO, landing pages: custom pricing
Verified Leads Only
- $400 CAD per 1,000 leads (minimum order)
- Niche-targeted verified leads
- Email and phone data where available
- Delivered for your own outreach use
2. Scope of Services
Full Campaign Package
eZ Leads Pro provides:
- Lead sourcing and verification
- Campaign setup and configuration
- Basic campaign maintenance
- Light optimization
- Monthly reporting and analytics
- Limited email campaign support
Verified Leads Only Package
eZ Leads Pro delivers lead data matching your targeting criteria. The following are NOT included unless separately agreed:
- Outreach execution
- Inbox setup and management
- Campaign management
- Copywriting beyond agreed deliverables
- CRM work and administration
- Appointment setting and sales follow-up
3. Support Boundaries
"Email campaign support" includes:
- Campaign setup guidance
- Basic adjustments and troubleshooting
- Light technical support
"Email campaign support" DOES NOT include:
- Unlimited revisions or daily hands-on management
- On-demand copywriting
- Inbox management or deliverability consulting
- Domain setup or technical integrations
- CRM administration
- Multi-channel campaign execution
Support is provided during all business hours. eZ Leads Pro is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Missing or delayed client materials
- Client approval delays
- Third-party tool limitations
- Email platform restrictions
- Domain or inbox performance issues outside our control
4. Revisions and Change Requests
Clients may request reasonable revisions related to targeting or campaign direction. eZ Leads Pro includes up to 2 full revisions per monthly cycle for active Full Campaign clients, provided requests stay within the original scope.
Major changes requiring new pricing or scope include:
- Changes in niche, geography, or target market
- Changes in offer or messaging direction
- Changes in lead criteria or targeting
- Workflow or campaign structure changes
- Complete campaign rebuilds
Additional revisions, rebuilds, or out-of-scope changes may be billed separately.
5. Payment Terms
- Setup fees must be paid before work begins
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance
- Lead-only orders must be paid before delivery (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
- Late payments may delay work or delivery
6. Key Terms and Definitions
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started
- Delivered leads and completed work are non-refundable
- A "lead" is a contact matching your targeting criteria—not a guaranteed reply, appointment, sale, or customer
- Clients must report clearly invalid leads within 5 business days of delivery
- eZ Leads Pro may replace clearly invalid leads or issue matching credit, but does not refund leads that simply do not respond or convert
- eZ Leads Pro does not guarantee results, appointments, customers, or revenue
7. Client Responsibilities and Compliance
- Providing clear targeting instructions
- Providing accurate business information
- Approving messaging before campaigns launch
- Providing timely feedback and materials
- How leads are contacted and used
- Ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations, like anti-spam CASL (Canada) or TCPA/FCC (US) rules.
- Compliance with privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, and industry-specific regulations
eZ Leads Pro does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of leads and campaigns complies with all applicable laws.
8. Term and Cancellation
- This agreement starts on the date signed and continues month-to-month unless otherwise agreed
- Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice
- Completed work, delivered leads, earned setup fees, and unpaid balances remain payable upon cancellation
- eZ Leads Pro may pause or end services immediately for non-payment or unlawful/misleading use of leads (e.g., fake offers, sweepstakes, misleading claims, threatening behaviour, etc.)
- This written agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations
9. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Ownership:
- Clients own the delivered leads after full payment
- eZ Leads Pro retains ownership of internal systems, templates, processes, leads, and methods (unless explicitly requested)
Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to keep private business and campaign information confidential prior to our first press release
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
11. Limitation of Liability
eZ Leads Pro provides services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- eZ Leads Pro makes no warranties, express or implied
- eZ Leads Pro disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- eZ Leads Pro is not liable for damages from use or inability to use services
- eZ Leads Pro is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption

13. Modifications to Terms
